The II Field Force, Vietnam was a large U.S. Army corps-level command active from March 1966 to November 1969. While it did not have an Airborne unit assigned, it had its own ground combat units and Long Range Patrol (LRP) units, such as the one described by the acronym LRP in the query, which could have been attached from other commands or operated in support of the larger command.
