With 2 cutting edges The double insert V-Cutter provides higher feed rates with the same high quality of cut. The are specifically designed for ACM cutting and carefully engineered flat bottoms are ideal for processing ACM as they prevent paint from cracking when the panels are bent to their final shape. The v-cutters come in three pieces, 2 blade inserts and the main body (Arbor). The binary design of these tools allow the blades to be easily changed while keeping the tool rigid and accurate at the same time.
NOTE: All Arbors have a shank diameter of ½”
