57th Medical Detachment — “Original Dustoff”
Before medevac became doctrine, the 57th Medical Detachment wrote it in blood and rotor wash. This tee carries their legacy — the Aviator Wings, the Air Medal with Number 33, and the Vietnam Service ribbon — rendered as quiet, chest-worn emblems that speak to those who know.
