Die-Cut Magnets – Army – Pershing Missile Tab
The “Pershing missile tab” isn’t a formal military qualification badge but likely refers to the historical deployment and operational aspects of the Pershing missile systems, particularly the Pershing I and Pershing II, which were solid-fuel, mobile, land-based medium-range ballistic missiles developed by the U.S. Army. The Pershing program saw the first U.S. Army intermediate-range ballistic missile (IRBM) deployment since the 1950s with the Pershing II in West Germany in the 1980s, only for the entire system to be dismantled and destroyed following the 1987 Intermediate-Range Nuclear Forces (INF) Treaty.
