Die-Cut Magnets – Army – 2nd Battalion, 2nd Infantry Regiment Branch – Ramrods – US 

The “2nd Battalion, 2nd Infantry Regiment” can refer to different units, but a prominent history belongs to the Philippine Army’s 2nd Infantry Battalion (Jungle Fighters), which fought in Bataan during World War II and was later part of the 2nd Infantry Division, seeing action in Korea, as well as the Australian Army’s 2/2nd Battalion which fought in New Guinea. There was also a 2nd Filipino Infantry Regiment in the US Army during WWII, composed of Filipino Americans, which served in the Pacific but never saw combat. The specific history depends on which “2nd Battalion, 2nd Infantry Regiment” is being referenced.
