The history of the 2nd Battalion, 4th Field Artillery Regiment (part of the U.S. Army) is tied to its parent regiment, the 4th Field Artillery Regiment, which was originally nicknamed “Deep Attack” and has a long history dating back to early 20th-century U.S. Army campaigns.
