The 34th Armor Regiment is an armored regiment of the United States Army formed in 1941. It served with the 5th Armored Division and the 44th Infantry Division during World War II, the 4th Infantry Division and the 25th Infantry Division (United States) during the Vietnam War. The current active unit is 2nd Battalion, 34th Armor Regiment (2-34 AR), assigned to the 1st Infantry Division at Fort Riley, Kansas, since 1987.
